PAVE Flow is the second version of our current visualisation system.

It displays the number of people currently using a service and the number of referrals between services. We know that thousands of patients get passed between providers, never receiving the appropriate care they need. Mapping patient pathways can stop this.

PAVE Flow can also highlight where referral routes need to be strengthened, bypassed or omitted to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient treatment.
